Bi-monthly minutes include lists of candidates, dues paid, dimits issued, elections of officers, committee reports, receipts, bills against the lodge, motions, appointments, clarifications (Good of the Order), activities (e.g. Flag Day), special meetings, and memoriams. After 1949 volumes also include the auditors annual report. Volumes also contain some correspondence, forms, and ephemera.
Volumes are handwritten until 10 December 1926; entries are then typed and pasted into the volumes (good shape as of 3/2015). From 10 April 1946 pages are typed and bound. Since 12 April 1989 the minutes were printed from a computer file. Some typed entries are edited by pen. Social Security Numbers redacted.
